At Mugoray, we care about your satisfaction and product safety. Since our products are food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
No Returns on Food Items
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in the cases mentioned below.
Eligible for Replacement / Refund
We offer a replacement or refund only if:
- You received a damaged or broken package
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
- The product has a manufacturing defect or contamination issue
Time Limit to Report an Issue
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof Required
To process your request, please share:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photo of the outer packaging
- Order ID / Invoice copy

Resolution Process
Once your request is verified:
- We will offer a replacement, OR
- A refund to the original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided if:
- The product has been opened or partially consumed
- Damage occurred due to improper storage by the customer
- The issue is reported after 24 hours
- The product was purchased during clearance or promotional sale (if applicable)
Shipping Charges
- If the error is from our side, we bear all shipping costs.
- If the issue is not due to our fault, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
